If you're reading this, it's your lucky day! Either you are researching me prior to our first face to face meeting, or you just want to know more about who I am and what makes me tick. Disclaimer: I am a Gemini, so I have two very distinct sides to my personality... business up front, but fun as well! Here goes:
I was born in New Orleans and raised in the rural bayou community of Port Sulphur, Louisiana (also known as "down the road"), so I'm in tune with nature and the great outdoors of it all. I enjoy camping, kayaking and climbing in caves (splunking) given the opportunity to get away for a few days.
A product of 13 years of Catholic Schools and uniforms, I graduated in the top quarter of my class at Archbishop Blenk High in Gretna, LA in 1997.
I enjoy sporting events and visiting my Alma Mater of Ole Miss (Hotty Toddy!) as often as is possible. I graduated in 2001, Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Managerial Finance. I am married and have two children in high school.
After college, I settled in Saint Tammany parish and bought my first house. I loved the process, and as a result got my Real Estate license in 2006. I began my career with Gardner, Realtors and have been with them since.
I continue to raise the bar for myself personally and professionally and consistently seek out new information, statistics and trends in housing, economics, styles, regulations, etc so that I may be knowledgeable and keep my clients well informed. I keep abreast of trends in social media and use this platform often to market my listings. I'm very strategic in my marketing and negotiating tactics and enjoy "winning" in a deal for my clients. I pride myself on my work ethic and efficiency and love protecting the financial interests and investment positions of my clients.
I look forward to many more years in Real Estate and enjoy the challenge that each new deal brings.
